A Grey Veil of Anticipation

Mystic mysteries shrouded in thick grey.

What to do next, and what about now?

Winter is a time for slow stillness and reflection.

Big change is building but now is not the time to act.

Stay hunkered and humble, let the big ideas rumble.

Build the blocks, the domino line

The time to push them over will come in spring time.

Not everyday is a giant amazing rainbow,

Though the little things are still worth recognizing and loving.

I still believe in magic. Not quite the same as childhood magic.

Magic is the creations and transformations of life in all its’ ways.

And I love the thick fog that is visiting us now.

“As thick as pea soup…” Or was it sea poop?
